Policy Overview

TenGrove LLC ("TenGrove," "we," "us") operates this website at tengrove.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this site only. Other websites we link to have their own privacy policies.

Last updated: October 16, 2026.

02

Information We Collect

Information you give us:

When you submit the sign-up form, we collect your first name, last name, email address and, optionally, the name of your firm.

Information collected automatically:

When you visit the site, our hosting and form providers may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the referring site, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see Section 6).

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

  • Email you updates about TenGrove and its planned funds
  • Contact you directly
  • Maintain our mailing list, including a record of your sign-up and any opt-out

We use automatically collected information to operate, secure and improve the site. We also use information where needed to comply with law, respond to regulators and protect our rights.

04

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only:

  • With service providers that act on our behalf. Form submissions are sent to and stored in HubSpot, which we use to manage our mailing list and send email. The site is hosted by Framer. We also use Framer’s built-in site analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • With our affiliates. TenGrove entities involved in launching the funds, including the TenGrove Series Trust, for the purposes in Section 3.
  • When required by law. With regulators, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, law enforcement or courts, or to protect the rights, safety or property of TenGrove or others.
  • In a business transfer. If TenGrove is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
05

Email Updates and How To Opt Out

By submitting the sign-up form you agree to receive email from TenGrove. You can opt out at any time:

  • Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send
  • Email us at privacy@tengrove.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line

We will process your request within 10 business days. After you opt out, we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again.

06

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information while you are on our mailing list, and afterward only as long as needed to record your opt-out, resolve disputes or meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. Automatically collected information is kept for 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 9).

07

Cookies and Analytics

The site may use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Site operation and security, including protecting the form from spam
  • Analytics, to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs
  • HubSpot form tracking, which links your form submission to your visit so we can see how you found us

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop the form from working. We do not sell or share personal information, so a Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to opt you out of. The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no common standard for them.

08

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

09

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to privacy@tengrove.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and in most cases within 30 days.

California residents:

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland:

We process the information you give us on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by opting out, and automatically collected information on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your information, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Canadian residents:

You have the right to access and correct your personal information and to withdraw your consent to our use of it. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator with a complaint.

10

International Transfers and Children

Where your information is stored:

TenGrove is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there, including on HubSpot's servers. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to a country whose privacy laws may differ from your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

Children:

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will post a notice on the site or email you before it takes effect.
